Lecturer and room for 3 days = 3 x (450 + 250) = 2100
Manuals for 3 people = 3 x 20 = 60
Lunch for 3 people for 3 days = 3 x 3 x 10 = 90
Total: 2100 + 60 + 180 = 2250
