how in the question they state ‘purchasing staff time in handling delivery queries is 8.5 days per week’
when in a week only 7 days are there?If you had 2 people each working 5 days per week, then there are 10 working days per week.
it is 5 working day week. So you have 8,5/5 = 1,7 worker handling staff. That means that one is doing the whole time, and another 70% of it’s working time
