I am doing the question from June 2013- Block Co (b) where we are required to calculate the total sales mix variance and total sales quantity variance.
I’m getting stuck at a lot of places. Can you guide me throughout the question.

For the sales quantity variance, you compare the budgeted sales of each product with what the total sales should be if they were at standard mix.
They are all costed out at the standard contribution per unit.
For the sales mix variance, you compare the actual sales of each product with what the total sales should be if they were at standard mix.
Again, you cost them all out at standard contribution per unit.
