Hi sir, for qn 3a on project initiation document, for constraints, the ans provided indicates that sourcing at least 80% of timber on the project from sustainable forest and use of sub-contracted labour are considered as constraints to be specified in the PID. I dont see how are these are considered to be contraints..it sounds like project requirements to me. Any advice? Thanks!
Well, I think that requirements set by the company become constraints for the builders.
Thanks sir!
