They get 2 shares for every 3.

The MV of the new shares is $5.13, so the value of 2 shares is $10.26.

No I don’t have a standard way! This is Paper P4 – not F2 – and is testing understanding not just learning rules. It is simply following the instructions in the question!

In Dentro, there are three shares for every two, so the gain of (3.644 x 3) – (4.5 x 2) is the gain made for 2 shares. To get the gain on 1 share you therefore divide by 2!!

I have already uploaded three Question 1’s from past exams.

I do intend to upload more but I will not have the time to record them for a while.
