(b) Apply the performance prism model to Amal and suggest improvements to performance management including possible methods of performance improvement and also relevant performance measures.
Please advise me how to approach the above requirement.
You need to go through each element of the performance prism and look for how the company might improve performance there and how to measure that. Information in the scenario should suggest areas where performance needs improvement.
