Hi John!

In june 2012 robber co, concerning note 4
-Could you explain why $4,000 has been included for calculating the answer for part (a).
– From the answer, I presume that it was specific FC. But what’s the logic behind of it being FC?

The second sentence of note 4 makes it clear that it is a specific fixed cost.
