Dear Gromit,
In the que 1(ii), required to calculate the average cost per chargeable consultants,can you please show me the working? I can’t get the figure in the suggested answer, 277.55 and sub contractor 335.71.Thank you.
For full-time consultants:
Other costs = 1,075,000
Total chargeable days = 3720 +4680 + 8800 = 17,200Other costs/chargeable day = 1,075,000/17,200 = 62.5
Salary/chargeable day = 800,000/3730 = 215.05
Total cost per chargeable day = 215.05 + 62.5 = 277.55
Similarly other consultants and subcontractors.
