Hi sir,
I just wonder the reason why dividend yield in 2009 is equal to DPS divided by closing ex div share price of 2008 rather than that of 2009.
What the examiner has written is not normal. Normally it is the end of year share price that is used, and you would still get full marks if you had used the end of year price.
