could you please guide me on following evidences for the finance leases that i have come up with for june 2009 question ..robster
–copy of all five finance leases agreements to check the date ,to verify from when they should be classified as such
–copy of agreements to verify that finance leases are actually in substance finance leases by looking at the risk and rewards been transferref to robster
copy of the fin st.to see that finance leases are correctly disclosed and categorized
calculating amounts to verify the co’s calculations /workings and its accuracy
written representations for the assumptions of the lease
guide me on these
Brought forward schedule of leases from the end of last year
So only copies of new leases
“by looking at the risk and rewards been transferref to robster””
Maybe better to have “by considering and evaluating the risks and rewards being transferred to Robster”
“copy of the fin st”
DNA
Copy of the client’s schedule of leases
Copy of the appropriate directors’ board meeting minutes
Copy of any correspondence with the lessor entity
“calculating amounts to verify the co’s calculations /workings and its accuracy”
This needs the words “A schedule showing the re-calculation of the ….”
Evidence of the auditor’s confirmation of the additions and calculations involved on the client’s schedules
