sir .. in Q3 part c .. stakeholders part .. answer has stated that govt. has low interst .. i think it would be high .. if interst is low how would it saying to previous project that it has all intangibl,e benifits etc .. am i right ?
I would probably have classed the government as high interest, high power. There can be valid different opinions on stakeholder classification, so it is important to justify your choice.
There can be more than one key player.
