    All is still valid.

The studio recordings are more complete and the notes were developed from those. The live lectures are more spontaneous (they are in front of a class). They are fairly complete and is it easy to identify missing areas if you have the notes.

Some people pfefer live, some prefer studio recordings.

    Thank you

After watching those videos and referring open tuition notes do you think there is a need for Referring any other study text like bpp or Kaplan?
What about the revision kits they provide?

    Regards
    sid

Doing questions is essential. You can get these either by buying a revision kit or by downloading exams and answers from the ACCA site. The revision kits will contain quite a lot of objective test questions which were not a feature of the exam until Dec 2014. They also give guidance on some questions as to how they should be answered. We generally recommend revision kits, however we have quite a large bank of objective test questions here on the OT site and we also have a question analysis so that you can find an old exam question on a topic you want to practise.

    See: https://opentuition.com/articles/f8/acca-f8-questions-analysis/

I don’t think you need a study text. Between our notes and answers to questions the syllabus will be well-covered.
