over all paper was fine but what about q3 does it require to write about breach of duty of care, i have only wrote about the duty of care along with the three standards which were established to check that is there a duty of care in a particular situation,how much marks can be lost in this q and in q2a i wrote def of offer and three more things that should be distingished from offer how much marks can be gained any idea and was example necessary in tjis part.
