In this question, how has the modified duration been calculated? Also, why are we not including the interest payments?Sandy – if you can be patient for another day, then I have just finished recording my answer to this question. It will be uploaded either later today or tomorrow, and then I think that if you watch it then it will answer your question.
(Obviously, if you are still unsure after watching it then do please ask again 🙂 )
