Question 1 required a discussion of the different cost categories to aid transparency in environmental reporting both internally and externally. Can i use cost of quality to structure my answer for this question. Many thanks Rakhi.

I don’t thnk that would work. For environmental accouting the classifications are usually:

conventional costs, costs lost in overheads, contingent costs, relational costs, reputational costs
