    I haven’t come through any topic related to the above mentioned question. It is no clear

    I am using BPP Text book.

    Part (a) of the question is not something that I would expect to appear in the BPP Study Text, because it is not a learning topic – it is just following the instructions that are given in the question.

    Parts (b) and (c) – the discussion parts – are testing your understand of targets and performance management which I am sure are discussed in the text book. They are both discussed in our free lectures, which are a complete free course for Paper PM and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.

    (I hope that you are using the Revision Kit to practice questions rather than just the past exams on the ACCA website. The reason is that the format of the exam has changed a lot since June 2010 (although a question like ‘Jump’ could still be asked in Section C). The Revision Kit contains all relevant past exam questions together with plenty of other exam-standard questions in the current format).
