Sir… i have read ur past comments on this question but….
in the answer provided, he takes the FUTURE VALUE of inflows to get MIRR.
WHEREAS THE FORMULA USES THE pv OF INFLOWS
Can you plz explain?

There are two ways of getting the MIRR (both giving the same answer).
One way is using the formula, and since the formula is given to you in the exam then that is the most sensible way to do it.
