dear sir
since rental income is n.s income, for the civil partner to whom we wish to transfer part/full asset, why do we use a nil rate band for the tax purposes as used in tax computation of saving income?
Are you referring to the OT course note example? If so there is no nil rate band on non savings income as you rightly say,but there is the use of the PA
