Sir on of the key features(according to my study text) of JIT and TQM system of inventory is that “customised products produced in small batches”.
my doubt is that how is possible to be able to make JIT goods, when goods type, features etc. could differ from customer to customer?

Goods are manufactured when customers order them (rather than being manufactured and then held as inventory). The materials needed are ordered as needed (rather than ordered in advance and being held in inventory).
