Sorry, my question gone missing from list so have to type in again.
We have not used capital loss of Business Warehouse against investment property gain instead of Qualifying gain. Wouldn’t it be preferable move to use?
I dont understand the question
I am saying that we have used Allowable loss from Warehouse against Qualifying gains (e.g. goodwill in question). Would it have been better that we have used this allowable loss from warehouse against Investment property gain.
Use the capital loss against the assets which attract the most tax i.e. the investment property
My answer shows this clearly
The answer shows “Carried Forward” loss deduction.
When we will come below this so we can see that we have “loss” of sale of Warehouse. This should have been deducted above under investment property.
Why we have not done this?
