Issues launching exam at home

I’ve heard a few people mention issues launching exams at home today, OnVue not working properly. Has anyone experienced this?

Yes, I had issues and couldnt take exam. They were saying they couldnt see me on camera, but I could see myself. Also, the webchat kept disappearing so it was hard to get in touch with them. My connection was fine, I run the speed test and there wasnt any issues there.
