My manager is trying to register to sign off on my PER however every time he enters the verification code sent to him by ACCA it comes back invalid.
Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how can it be resolved?

I’ve searched posts and this hasn’t been reported before.
The first thing to check is that the code is being keyed in and not copied and pasted (I have come across this many times as an issue because the paste can include an extra space).
