Can a limited liability company issue bonus shares in the absence of a Share premium A/c?
if yes, then from which reserve can it issue the bonus shares?
Yes. Out of any other capital reserve, such as revaluation reserve – a preferable approach. Bonus shares may also be issued from retained earnings if no other reserves are available.
