ISA 320 Materiality in planning and performing the audit

Good evening, Sir.

Sir, when determining whether the balance is material, if we have come across a balance which is material in relation to the revenue but not material in relation to the profit before tax then how do we assess the materiality of the balance?
Do we need to consider it as immaterial in relation to the profit before tax or material in relation to revenue?
