If you are asking whether you need to know the title and / or the number of the ISA, the answer is a resounding NO, NO, NO!
If you're asking whether it would be a good idea to know what the ISA identifies as important and how to apply the principles of the ISA to an examination question scenario, then the answer is yes
But a verbatim regurgitation is by no means necessary
