Is Tony Surridge still in business?

I bought an additional license from “Tony Surridge” about a couple of months back to access my books from a new laptop. Have been unable to download the license file as it gets downloaded as a 0KB file. I wrote to them a few times but there are no responses.
I have been getting an auto reply that states as follows:

“….We are currently undergoing some major upgrades to our computer systems and as such we will be out of contact, currently unable to personally reply to your email. We are expecting these changes to be complete by Monday 27th August 2012, at which time we will be back in communication and going back through our email logs….”

Really? 27th August 2012!!! If they have been offline since then, shouldn’t they just stop selling on their websites?

Anybody else here who is facing a similar issue?
