In September, Amina hired Bryan as a delivery man. Bryan was to commence work on 1 November. On 1 October, Amina wrote to Bryan telling him that, despite their agreement, economic circumstances were such that she no longer required his services.
Is this the breach of contract and can Bryan sue Amina?
Though we don’t have to answer theoretically and exam is MCQ based, but for knowledge, purposes I would like to know the basis or the conditions due to which we chose between the answers.
