    Co. X has shown remarkable growth in its revenue in the last three years which was primarily due to price increases and high demand. Co X met the increasing demand by increasing its capacity by 5%. (Annual report,2012)(Annual Report,2011)(Annual report,2010)

    Co. reduced its debt by controlling cash more properly and paying the debt by increased cash. (Annual report,2011)

    2 questions
    1) the first papragraph has all the three references. Is that correct OR WHAT IS CORRECT ?
    2) After writing about every fact in the ratio analysis, telling the source again and again after every fact. Is that correct OR WHAT IS CORRECT ?

    No. you don’t have to write the advantages and disadvantages of SWOT. But you have to write why you used it and how this analysis is useful to your analysis. Also, It is very important to write the limitations of SWOT analysis.

    I hope this helps.
    Thanks

    @SalahUddin

    1. Is correct, you can present also as (Annual Reports 2010-2012)
    2. You need repeat source for every fact you write

    Thank You.

    @SalahUddin multiple references to single para is what I have seen in many standard books but marker has failed me for doing like this. He commented that this is not Harvard style and it does not show what reference is supporting to what.. for example in your case it is not clear in what year price increased, which year was high demand and which year 5% capacity was increased. Marker would say “was the demand increased 5% uniformly in all three years?” this is not acceptable way of referencing under Harvard system hence I am failing you.

    Thank God there is no need to reference the pages otherwise all would have become a mess ! 😀
