Hi i’d like to find out from you my peers or someone that is contemplating something similar to myself, whether it is plausible and or feasible to sit papers P2-P5 in one go, i.e in June 2011.

    Please assist

    Regards

    Hi Brian,

I sat for 3 papers last june and failed all 3. I then sat for 2 in Dec p2 and P7 (PASSED both). I think its best you do P3 & P5 because you can apply your knowledge to both papers and there are linked to each other. P2 and P7 are a good combination also..its your choice and you know what works best for you. Hope the above will help and best wishes!

there will be a problem with the advice liltee gave. The only way you can do p3 and p5 in june is if you also pay for p2. You cannot appear for an option paper without attempting all professional level papers in at least the same sitting that the option paper will be attempted.

I passed F1, F5, F7 and F9 in December. All with plenty of room to spare. I started studying about 9 weeks out, used Open Tuition and Kaplan. Paid plenty of attention to the examiners reports, did most of the revision kits as well as past papers.

I’m sitting F4, F6, F8 and P2 in June and fully intend passing the four. IMO it’s a matter of understanding the material, practice questions and being aware of what the examiner is looking for and timing in the exam hall.
