Is It Possible to Pass ACCA without private tutions ?

Hi All,
Is it possible to study & pass ACCA only depending on opentuition and study materials, without attending private tutions ?
The tution fees here in Dubai for ACCA is very high and also location of tution classes, transports are not convenient as i am a full time working person.
Can i depend only on opentuition lectures, notes and other study material for ACCA ?
If Yes, then how should i plan my study ?
Your advice will be highly appreciated.
