- September 6, 2014 at 7:34 pm #194114is f4 lectures relevant for this dec 2014, and plus do i need to memorize the names of the cases which i had to do before . finally in cbe how goona they will check remaining 30 marks written answers. thanks alot September 6, 2014 at 8:32 pm #194119Ali, the law hasn’t changed – just the format of the exam! In cbe variant the thirty marks will be scored by drop down choices for you to select the one(s) that you believe to be correct. Have you not checked the specimen cbe F4 papers for December 2014 – available on this site? Now! How many times have I to say “YOU DO NOT NEED, AND NEVER HAVE BEEN REQUIRED, TO LEARN CASE NAMES” You never have been required to memorise case names!!!!! Hope that helps September 6, 2014 at 9:20 pm #194127thanks alot mike 🙂 September 7, 2014 at 11:00 am #194164You’re welcome September 22, 2014 at 4:49 pm #195936What do you mean by drop down answers? we will get 5 marks just to choose one option,I have seen he specimen paper I thought we have to write the definitions or what ever the question asks for.Can you give me an example question and how are we suppose to answer it?
