Is the Discharge of a contract in the current syllabus? Can we get a question how to put an end to a contract????
Check out the syllabus for yourself from the ACCA website. I see no reason why David Kelly could not ask “How can a contract be ended?” but that’s not restrictive. For example, it could be by performance or equally by non-performance ( in the case of a breach of condition )
