Dear John,

In the book 7100 x 0.756 (15% PV at yr 2) = 5638

But I am sure it should be 5368.

Please confirm because it is affecting my IRR calculation.

My answer differs from theres due to this.

You are quite correct – I have just looked and there is indeed a typing error in the BPP answer.

(Have you looked on their website for an errata sheet? You are entitled to using the code in your Revision Kit, and they usually publish sheets correcting any errors.)
