Sir I don’t if I have asked this before or not but I am not able to find the previous post so I am asking it
Do irr give a clear decision rule? I dont think it does as cost of capital is required as a target/benchmark

The IRR rule is essentially a guideline for deciding whether to proceed with a project or investment.
