sir in case of associates, an investor should have a representation on Board of directors, irrespective of whether the representation is a majority or minority. Even one member on BoD of 10 members is sufficient to influence policy related decisions? is that so in case of IAS 28 investments in associates and joint ventures?
The examiner will tell you whether is SI. One director may be enough – it depends on the size of the Board.
