is mortgage and real property tax included at the cost of an investment property? i am kind of confused if it is considered as an attributable cost and if real property tax is under legal fees

Normally legal fees will be capitalised

Costs of arranging finance should be dealt with in line with rules on financial instruments

Examiner will not use term ‘real property tax’
