Hello. I saw a question in the past papers of I guess of May/June 2021 where the investment in associate was calculated by adding the cost and the percentage of the change in net assets. Don’t we just include the change in retained earnings? Can you please clarify. Also, can you please tell me about the marking schemes within the ACCA site and how can I access them. I seem to only see the question paper right now. Thanks in advance.
Change in net assets is same as change in retained earnings.
