professor this is related to a question i faced in my exam kit. Is it true that investment in a private company in the form of preferred shares will be more liquid than ordinary shares?
I would never describe it as particularly liquid.
But, as you are more likely to receive dividends, then an investment in prefs would be marginally more liquid.
