Looks for evidence from recent sales about selling price.
Identify damages inventory
Look at price lists – especially sales and special offers
Look for inventory that looks high compared to the number of units sold.
Look at correspondence with customers and lawyers complaining about inventory sold.
Look at board minutes
Look for competing products that might steal market share
Changes in legislation that might make products illegal to sell
Refer to in the letter of representation
