Dear Sir,
I need the advise on taxation of royalties. For example if foreign subsidary is charged by home coutry company royalty. And this royalty is not tax alloable (doesn’t reduse tax liability). As an incom for home country company is it taxable or not?
Regards
Unless the question says otherwise, the royalty income is taxable.
(I am surprised if you have found a question where the royalty is not tax allowable in the foreign country 🙂 )
