Hi,
Could you please explain the step by step treatment of intra group loans in SOCI & SOFP for both the situations i.e.
-Parent provides loan to subsidiary, &
-Subsidiary provides loan to parent

Please do show using journal entries. Thank you 🙂

Radhik, there are enough examples of me working through this, step by step, in the revision lectures where I work through 6 years’ worth of questions 1, 2 and 3 from past exams

Watch some of those and then, if you still have a problem, post again
