i have a question regarding the ICA
Does the ICA fixes arbitrators’ fees?
ThankyouThat’s one of their roles, yes. I assume that this is the case where the ICA itself appoints the arbitrator
But if an arbitrator appointed by the two parties charges a fee and the two parties are not happy, they may appeal to the ICA to try for a review of the fee being charged
