Sir, I am looking at June 2015 Q1.(1)
I not getting how the contribution for the Imon Co in USA current is generated. I know that the net contribution is generated after tax. contribution per unit is $40 pre-tax. how do the figures come about. I am lost.

Currently they ear a contribution of 40 per unit on a selling price of 200. So the cost must be 160.
They are increasing the price to 280, and so the new contribution will be 280 – 160 = 120.
