if it says that the website is not integrated into the inventory system, what the control recommendation and toc for that? this is jun 2012 btw?
This also came up in scenarios in Sept 2016 Specimen Exam and Sept 2019.
The recommendation is:
The website should be updated to
include an interface into the inventory
system; this should check inventory
levels and only process orders if
adequate inventory is held.The TOC is:
Test data could be used to attempt
to process orders via the website for
items which are not currently held in
inventory.
