what is an exception report? & what do you mean by risk management? do we have risk managemant in our syllabus.

An exception report reports exceptions such as Dr payables balances, negative inventory. These are usually worth investigating.
Business risk management is not on F8. Dealing with audit risk is i.e. the risk that an inappropriate audit opinion is given.
