1)Does internal auditor independence is increased if they report to audit committee?

2) In an mcq if there is Family and personal relationships between firm and client , then it can be familiarity threat or self interest threat or even intimidation threat na?

1 Yes – insofar as it’s better than reporting to just the finance director.

2 I have answered this point already in a previous post. You need to move on from ethics: it’s a small part of F1. Much more important in F8.
