I read that one of the internal audit service is a value for money audit. Value for money is achieveing the 3 es. i cant seem to relate it with audit. Kindly help

It is simply the IA departmemt assessing a department using the criteria of effectiveness, efficiency and economy.
It has nothing to do with the audit of the financial statements.
