Hi sir,
what does it mean by interim measures of protection in arbitral proceedings?I would need to see the context in which this expression is used but, without knowing that context, I can easily see that the expression could be applied to the measures taken where a dispute arises and one party believes that the other party may try to change the circumstances being disputed
So the suspicious party may ask the arbitrators to set up interim measures (take steps) to ensure that there is no unusual interference with the goods or other disputed subject matter
If that fits the context, then great. If it doesn’t, could you give me a fuller extract from your source documents so that I may read it for myself in full
