So what’s with the country c and country b of interest rate parity and purchase power parity? Why not a and b, and also which goes on top and which below? Ty.
Base country is country b eg. the currency the rate is quoted in. C goes on top B goes below. I always figure out first whether the currency in question is going to appreciate or depreciate than plug in the numbers based on that.
