BPP Question 33 Buryecs
in the solution of interest swaps, the saving on both loans has been added rather than subtracting. why is that so.
No it has not been added!!
Buryecs makes a gain on the swap of 1.2%. The bank fee of 0.3% has been subtracted.
The net gain is therefore 0.9%.
